Seventh episode of the radio show The Garden Overflowed by Bogotá-based DJ and curator Aguirre, where he invites sound explorers focused on the abundance of sounds and influences that permeate the Colombian experience.
This edition is a special one: one of the key figures in Colombian electronic music, Luca Durán, joins the program with a selection of his favorite taxi tunes. Luca and Aguirre have known each other for a few years—this is their first collaboration, and one that celebrates the Colombian diaspora in Europe, which has been making waves for years.
In the second hour, Aguirre returns with pop, downtempo, new wave—his best version of a public radio show, complete with his usual touch of electronic corrosion.
