Juanra “La Ind0” is a Madrid-based DJ and selector who has been playing records since ew 2000s. Coming of age during the golden years of Madrid’s house scene, he gradually developed a way of understanding DJing in which genres are less a set of fixed boundaries than different languages that can coexist within the same set. His selections move naturally from dub techno to grime, from dubstep to electro and from techno to steppas, while his current approach increasingly revolves around the meeting point between the UK and Jamaican sound system traditions and the broader possibilities of contemporary electronic music.
