2. About Internet Public Radio
Internet Public Radio (IPR) is an independent internet radio platform dedicated to broadcasting music and culture from Guadalajara and beyond. We provide free access to our archive of radio shows, mixes, and live streams, as well as an optional paid subscription tier (IPR Plus) with additional features.
3. User Accounts
You may create a free account on IPR to access features such as saving favourites. By registering, you agree to:
- Provide a valid email address and keep your account credentials secure.
- Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.
- Notify us immediately at hello@internetpublicradio.live if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
IPR reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behaviour.
4. IPR Plus Subscription
IPR Plus is a paid subscription that provides access to additional features. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) via Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. Your access to IPR Plus features will continue until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
- Price changes: IPR reserves the right to change subscription prices. We will notify active subscribers by email with reasonable notice before any price change takes effect.
- Failed payments: If a payment fails, your subscription may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email in the event of a failed payment.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe and is subject to Stripe's Terms of Service.
5. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website only for lawful purposes. You must not:
- Use the Website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the Website without express written permission.

7. Audio Streaming
Audio content on IPR is provided for personal, non-commercial listening only. You may not record, download, redistribute, or commercially exploit any audio content without the express written permission of IPR and the respective content creators.
